Born in PDX to woefully unprepared teenage parents, parentified oldest daughter, married far too young to escape toxic abusive family only to find myself in an abusive marriage and situation I didn’t know how to escape. Divorced single mom by 27, met my lumberjack prince and started unlearning all the things that had left me a broken shell of a person; currently thriving (or as well as you can do with a 15 year old daughter these days) over a decade later, living our best rural life with that lumberjack, our mini orchard, 2 senior fluffies, and my 2 (almost 3) degrees I put off for far too long.
